In the Chiloe archipelago, together with it’s myths and legends, one can find almost three hundred varieties of native potatoes, all attractive for their different forms and colours. Cultivated and hand-picked by small local farmers, Tika Chiloe is preserving these gifts and customs of southern Chile.

Tika Chiloe, is a mix of crispy chips made with native potato varieties and a pinch of sea salt.
